No Refund Policy
At Saksham Institute, all course fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and enrollment is confirmed. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances after the enrollment process is complete.
Policy Statement
By enrolling in any course at Saksham Institute and making payment, you acknowledge and accept that:
- All fees paid are final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal from courses.
- No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or poor performance.
- No refunds will be granted in case of termination due to misconduct.
- Course fees are not transferable to other students or programs.
Why No Refunds?
Our no-refund policy exists because:
- Resources, materials, and faculty are allocated based on confirmed enrollments.
- Batch sizes are limited and seats are reserved exclusively for enrolled students.
- Study materials and resources are prepared and issued upon enrollment.
- Administrative and operational costs are incurred at the time of admission.
Course Cancellation by Institute
In the unlikely event that Saksham Institute cancels a course or batch before commencement due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to affected students. This is the only scenario where refunds will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is strictly no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare cases such as:
- Serious medical emergencies (with proper medical documentation)
- Unavoidable family relocation (with supporting proof)
- Other extraordinary situations beyond your control
You may contact us to discuss your situation. Each case will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of the management. However, please note that contacting us does not guarantee a refund, and the final decision rests with Saksham Institute.
