1. Introduction

By enrolling in any course or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Saksham Institute is committed to providing quality education and maintaining a conducive learning environment for all students.

2. Admission & Enrollment

• All admissions are subject to availability of seats in the respective batch.
• Students must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.
• Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria specified for each course.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or cancel enrollment at our discretion.
• Parent/guardian consent is mandatory for students below 18 years of age.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid as per the schedule provided at the time of admission.
• Fees once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
• Late payment may result in additional charges or suspension of access to classes.
• All payments should be made through authorized channels only.
• Receipt of payment will be provided for all transactions.
• Fee structure is subject to revision with prior notice to enrolled students.

4. Course Conduct & Attendance

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance (minimum 75% recommended).
• Students must arrive on time and be prepared with necessary materials.
• Disciplined behavior and respect towards faculty and fellow students is mandatory.
• Use of mobile phones during class hours is strictly prohibited unless authorized.
• Students must complete assignments and tests within specified deadlines.
• Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.

5. Study Material & Intellectual Property

• All study materials provided are the intellectual property of Saksham Institute.
• Materials are provided solely for personal educational use and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or sold.
• Recording of classes (audio/video) is prohibited without prior written permission.
• Students are responsible for maintaining their study materials in good condition.

6. Batch Changes & Class Schedules

• Saksham Institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, batch timings, or faculty assignments.
• Students will be notified in advance about any significant changes.
• Batch transfers may be requested subject to availability and approval.
• Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific academic results or exam outcomes.
• Student performance depends on individual effort, attendance, and practice.
• Saksham Institute is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on premises.
• We are not responsible for injuries sustained during institute activities unless due to proven negligence.

8. Termination of Enrollment

• We reserve the right to terminate enrollment in case of serious misconduct or violation of terms.
• Students may voluntarily withdraw from courses subject to our refund policy.
• Repeated absence or non-payment of fees may result in automatic termination.
• No refund will be provided in case of termination due to misconduct.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information collected during enrollment will be kept confidential.
• Data will be used solely for administrative and educational purposes.
• We will not share student data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• Parents/students have the right to access and request correction of their data.

10. Amendments to Terms

Saksham Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website, email, or notice at the institute. Continued enrollment after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
